Eligibility For Return Or Exchange
We Accept Returns Or Exchanges Only In The Following Cozy Comfort:
Free Return or Replacement
We’ll gladly offer a free return or replacement in case, if any of your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing components, based on your preferences.
Standard Return Fees:
15% restocking fee and return shipping cost deduction may apply in case you will not receive any damaged, incorrect items, or missing parts. Fees will vary upon your case basis.
Color Variations:
Make sure that returns, replacements or cancellations will not be eligible due to color variations. Slight color variations may occur due to fabric differences, or because of photographic lighting and monitor settings.
Return Request Timeline:
Please ensure your eligibility and initiate your return within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped, but a 2% fee will be deducted to cover transaction charges.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you are unable to accept the order, our standard return policy will apply.
Terms & Conditions For Return | Replacement | Exchange
1. Once We Receive Your Return Request, We Will Arrange For A Quality Check To Examine The Complaint Of The Item Being Faulty/ Defective. Upon Successful Validation Of The Complaint, We Will Process Your Request For Return/Replacement With Regard To The Faulty/Defective Item(S). For Eligible Items, You Must Place A Return Request Within 7 Calendar Days Of Receiving Your Order.
2. Items Returned By The Customers Should Not Be Used, Washed, Altered, Tampered With, Or Soiled. All Original Packing, Tags, Labels, Manuals, Leaflets, Warranty/Guarantee Cards, Accessories, Freebies, Etc., Should Be Intact And Placed In The Package. The Courier Will Not Accept Your Item In Absence Of Any Of These.
3. Order Replacements Will Depend On The Availability Of The Ordered Item.
4. Refund/ Replacement/Exchange Will Be Initiated Once We Receive The Item And Pass It Through The Necessary Quality Checks.
5. Items Sold As Sets/Combos Cannot Be Exchanged Or Returned Individually.
Note: In Cozy Comfort The Replacement Item Is Out Of Stock, We Will Refund Your Amount.
REFUND ON RETURNS
The Refund Will Be Initiated Upon Successful Pick-Up And Quality-Check As Per The Return Policy. The Refund Amount Will Reflect In Your Account Within 10 Days Post-Initiation, Depending On Your Bank Partner.

Exceptions Specific To Exchange Policy:
1. The Price Of The Item Selected For The Exchange Should Be The Same Or Higher Than The Price Of The Previously Ordered Item.
2. If The Price Of The Item Selected For The Exchange Is Higher, You Can Pay The Access Amount While Placing The Order.
3. If The Price Of The Item Selected For The Exchange Is Lower Than The Previously Ordered Item, You Can Select More Than One Item To Balance The Sum.
Note: Cozy Comfort Will Not Offer A Refund Against Exchanged Items If The Price Of The Item Selected For Exchange Is Lower Than The Initial Order.
EXCEPTIONS
The Following EXCEPTIONS And RULES Apply To Our Return/Replacement/Exchange Policy:
1. Cozy Comfort Return/ Replacement/ Exchange Policy Is Valid On All Items Except Furniture; However, They Are Only Applicable For A Limited Period, Which Is 7 Days From The Day When The Order Was Delivered. Any Return/ Replacement/ Exchange Request Made A Post This Duration Will Not Be Considered Valid.
2. All The Items That Need To Be Returned Must Be Unused And In Their Original Condition With Original Tags And Packaging Intact.
3. In Cozy Comfort You Have Purchased An Item That Came With A Free Gift Or Has An Offer Associated With It And You Wish To Return/Exchange The Main Item, Then The Gift Item Also Needs To Be Returned For Processing The Exchange Or Required Refund.
4. Cozy Comfort Will Not Be Liable For The Items Returned By Mistake. If A Different Or An Extra Item Is Returned By Mistake, The Company Will Not Be Accountable For The Misplacement Or Replacement Of The Item And Is Not Responsible For Its Delivery Back To The Customer.
NOTE:
Variations In Texture, Color, Shade, Veining, Fissures And Pits Are Inherent Characteristics Of Natural Materials Like fabric; Not A Defect Of The Finish.
